On Saturday 10th July at The Public Art Gallery, West Bromwich - Black Country Burlesque & TipTop Photography will be presenting you with a burlesque extravaganza!!

A charity event with a difference.....a 'burlesque-a-thon' of which things are still being finalised so the day time line up is subject to change.

Now, I am sure you are wondering why we are telling you about this show so far in advance.....well...tickets are limited and when you see the line up you will want to be in the audience!!

The charity we have chosen to support is Macmillan....a cancer charity.

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care. Cancer affects us all. We can all help.

They rely on voluntary donations for 99% of their income, so they simply couldn't do what they do without donations from people like us.

The event will start mid afternoon; there will be activities including:

* Learn Burlesque workshops by a very popular burlesque teacher
* Vintage market
* Mask Making with Red Sarah
* Photographers workshop - photograph the pin up girls
* Children's magic show & balloon modelling
* Children's face painting
* Belly Dancing class
* Make your own pasties class
* Music provided by a Rockabilly band or two
* Burlesque art/photography exhibition
* Burlesque performances throughout the afternoon/early evening

At 8pm the main event will commence.

We have approached a select number of burlesque performers who we feel will enhance the event.

The amazingly kind performers will be giving their time free of charge and the ones who have already confirmed who will perform at the event are as follows (in no particular order)

Amelie Soleil
Millie Dollar
Diva Hollywood
Red Sarah
Jubilee Swoon
Mister Joe Black
Willow Blue & Coco Malone
Khandie Kisses
Delilah Defoe
Dani California
Billie Rae & Danny DeMilo
Satine Di Monte
Felicia Noir
Luli Blue
Al 'the geek' Rudge
Flash Harry
Ditzy Diamond
Twinkel
The Decadent Gent

We are still awaiting confirmation from other people so things will get even more exciting!!

Money from ticket sales, activities and donations collected during the day will be presented to Macmillan Cancer Care - if we can make a small difference to people who have been affected by this horrible disease then we will have done good!

The ticket price has not been confirmed at the time of writing this announcement. Given the amazing line up I would hope that we will be swamped with ticket requests.

Further details will be published in the near future...but given its quite a way off.....start saving your pennies so you can come and see what is probably going to be one of the most amazing shows in 2010.

If you would like to reserve a ticket, please contact tiptop-photography@live.co.uk - as soon as ticket prices are confirmed and available you will be able to purchase direct from the Ticket Office @ The Public Art Gallery knowing yours is reserved.

I hope you are as excited about the event as we, Rob (BCB) and the performers are......
