Robin J Lowe as been doing photographic work since about 1984, he comes from Oldbury in the black country, West Midlands, his background is in art and was a professional artist for a number of years doing work for the NEC group, Wolverhampton wanderers FC, Anneka Rice and John Major (when he was Prime Minister), he exhibited at many shows including The Royal Show, NEC, Lord Mayor Show etc
